A Better Way To Live

Now, i don't know if anyone is going to read this, but if you do, bear with me, for I am new to Blogging.
My partner and I are looking to create a community for a better way of life for us, and our children, and eventually their children.
Our ideas are Idealistic, but not UNrealistic.
Our community would be an Eco-friendly Communist community, eventually becoming financially independant, meaning, able to sustain ourselves within ourselves, although we of course wouldn't want to be shu off from the rest of the world.
Oh, and when you see Communist, think communist without evil dictators. It would be communist-democratic. No one ruler, everything decided by vote, etc.
Here are some of the general ideas:

-individual living quarters for families and individuals

-24 hr child care

-a townhall accompanied by suggestion boxes all over the community with everyone participating

-support groups for young mothers, abused women, single parents, or those struggling with stress, addiction, or just generalized counseling for anyone who wants to talk

-community homeschooling, meaning that there would be a school for all community children instead of being sent to a general public school, aiming for higher learning, more individual contact, and a wider exposure to develop their personal interests and skills

-shared community income, where a certain allotment of everyone's income would be given to the community bank for general upkeep on school houses, homes, gardens, food, etc.

-trial housing, similar to apartments where people who are considering living in the community would stay, with less rights than residents, such as voting rights on town hall discussions, etc.

Eventually we would hope that we could reach a state where everyone worked around the community so no one would have to work just to survive.

In today's world, children are raised by strangers and television, instead of family, friends and neighbors... children aren't learning a good work ethic and are restricted in the things they learn and are exposed to, such as music, art, or anything beyond basic science, etc.
It would be so much better if we could live in a community that focused on the children, and on the people instead of lining the corporate pockets at our own expenses.

Thank you for bearing with me, i have many more ideas, such as the windmills for power, eventually selling power to the province, along with vertical greenhouses, classes to cookbooks.
